Why do I need an AutoResponder?
If you are online, or going to be online, there are a multitude of
possibilities: Customer follow up, training sessions, special offers,
networking, announcements, mailing list, eZines and news letter's. That is
just a few of the uses.
What does an AutoResponder do?
It will manage, and build, the most important asset you have, your
opt-in list. It will collect names, addresses and other information
and store it in your account database. It automatically thanks the
subscriber and sends them follow up messages to build a relationship of
trust over time. Our responders also help you to track your advertising
campaigns. (see Ad Tracking below)
How Long does it take to activate my account?
Your account is activated immediately after your payment has been
received. We send you an eMail to confirm your username and password.
Enter them in our login panel and you are ready to go! Free accounts are
activated in the same fashion.
How do people request my information?
They can either send an eMail (even a blank one!) to you@A1eBiz.com,
or they can enter their details by way of a form on your site, an eMail campaign
or other advertising. You can
generate your own forms from the owner admin site..
Am I able to manually input an eMail address?
You sure can. In fact you are able to import an entire database of eMail
addresses if you have a paid responder! You can also export a full list of
ALL clients in your responder database (and any other data you have
collected).
How do I change the messages in my responder?
Very easily! Just log in and choose "setup / edit messages" page. You can change,
add, delete as many messages as you want, 24hrs a day, 365 days a year.
You are in complete control of your own responder.
What happens if my customers don't want to receive more messages from
me?
Every message you send to your prospects has a facility for them to
unsubscribe. By simply clicking a hyperlink they are removed and they will
also receive a confirmation eMail. You can even write your own "See you
later" message.
What do you mean by personalize my messages?
You can set your responder to automatically include your prospects name
when sending your messages. So instead of your mail going out with "Dear
Sir/Madam", It will go out with "Dear Kate", "Hello John" etc. This
instantly gives your prospects a feeling of value and trust, as it gives
the impression you have written to them personally. You can also include
their name, address, telephone number, the date etc.
How does someone reply to me if they want more info?
Simple. Every message you send does not go out with the reply address as yourname@A1eBiz.com,
it will go out with your normal reply address! (you@yourcompany) so they
can reply directly to you on any message they receive from your responder.
You set this address up from the owner admin page. The default address is
the one you used to sign up.
What do you mean by demographics?
You can split your database into many different segments and target each
of them individually. You do this by simply asking certain
questions/prompts in your sign up form. For example: You could ask them if
they are male of female. By doing this your database is now split into 2.
You can now target messages to a specific gender and of course, you still
have the facility to contact your entire list at anytime.
What do you mean by Ad Tracking?
You can set up an unlimited number of tracking URL's that can be placed in
your messages. By simply entering a URL, our system generates a unique
tracking code that you place in your messages. It then counts the amount
of click through's each URL receives. This is an invaluable tool to gauge
the response of any promotions, etc you run in your messages. It will also
help you determine which ads and which advertising medium works best for
you.
What is and why would I want to use "E-mail Flow Through"?
This lets any eMail a new customer has sent to your responder "flow
through" the system and be delivered directly to you. There are 2
scenarios for this.
1. A customer might sign up for your responder sequence by eMailing you
direct, (instead of using a form on your page) but ask additional
questions at the same time.
2. This is a great customer relations tool. As soon as a customer eMails
your company they can instantly receive a "thank you confirmation" from
your company stating their message will be dealt with promptly.
What do you mean by spam?
Spam is the sending of un-requested eMail. An in-depth definition can be
